The world's first largest transformer arrives at Xuancheng +1100 KV Guquan Converter Station

       The world's first largest transformer has arrived at the Guquan Converter Station of Xuancheng (+1100 KV) in Anhui Province. The transformer is 12.4 meters long, 5.2 meters high and wide, and weighs 432 tons. Guquan Converter Station is the UHV transmission project with the highest voltage level, the largest transmission capacity and the longest transmission distance in the world. By the end of this year, 28 transformers will be installed in the whole station. The smooth arrival of the first transformer marks that the project has entered the stage of main equipment installation.
